As an Associate you are not employed by us; instead you work for yourself under the PropertyWealth brand. You will be assigned a territory for which you have sole responsibility - in the main, for every client in that region you are their sole contact, from listing to completion. As well as UK properties you may also decide to get involved in our worldwide property business - Associates can sell any PropertyWealth listing in any country.

When you join PropertyWealth you will undertake the PropertyWealth Associate Training Program where you will study for a simplified version of the American Realtors licence. Although the UK estate agency industry does not legally require such training, we feel it is important that our people have a good foundation in the ethics and legal requirements of our business.

Once trained you will undertake 'The Knowledge'. You will need to learn everything there is to know about your area - from where the local schools are to the name of the local GP. With a thorough understanding of your area you will be able to offer a far greater level of service to your clients.

Although we do recruit some experienced estate agents, this is by no means essential. The PropertyWealth approach is so different that our people come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and all start on a level footing.
